Dorill DoER Way is our founder’s method to ensure our young citizen artists have the skills necessary to be leaders in their own right, while having a positive imprint on their lives and in their communities. Dorill Arts engages our participants holistically by utilizing DoER Maker Spaces – learner-driven, culturally responsive-sustaining spaces with interdisciplinary experiences that promote artistic + creative expression, academic enrichment, civic + community engagement.
